Current Covid-19 pandemic has driven us to implement special measures to ensure your and our teams’ safety. Our house is certified by the Ministry of Tourism with the “Health First” certification of Greek Health Protocols for covid19 pandemic.

 

We recommend you to sanitize your hands before entering the house. We have supplied you with sufficient dispenser in both entrances of the house.

Reinforced Hygiene measures We clean the house to ensure safety and comfort for our guests. Our measures include:

✓ Cleaning services staff is equipped with mask, single use uniform, protecting hair, body & feet and gloves. All staff is trained according to Greek Health protocols for covid19 pandemic.

✓ At check in, the house and all its items, will be delivered to you fully disinfected with certified cleaning products, steam at 90°, UV fabric sterilizer and according to protocol’s procedures.

✓ House will be left empty for 48h before new arrival (with air renewal).

✓ Increased cleaning of surfaces frequently touched by guests and team members

✓ 100% air renewal,

✓ All linens and towels will be washed over 80° by certified laundry service company. On change day linens will be sterilized with UV sterilizer.

✓ Pillows & mattresses, will be equipped with protectors, washed over 80°.

✓ Your private swimming pool’s water hygiene will be checked regularly, according to the regulations of the covid19 protocol.

# COVID-19 Testing & General Medicine Services

As part of the Health & Safety measures against COVID-19, our hotel has partnered with "HealthCare Naxos":

​

•  Molecular examination (PCR), by appointment either on-site or at "HealthCare Naxos" and issuance of a health certificate, within 24-48 hours. 

• Rapid antibody testing by appointment either on-site or at "HealthCare Naxos" and issuance of a health certificate, within 20 minutes.

• Doctor on-site upon request, tending to all medical needs of staff and guests.
